Anger Management Classes meet Mondays 6-8 p.m. and Wednesdays 8:15-10:15a.m. in Wilmington. Some of the goals include: provide information to help one identify causes of anger; teach how to deal effectively with feelings; eliminate self-defeating behavior; improve self-esteem; increase problem solving skills; enhance family life; many other areas covered during the 12-week course. Cost is on a sliding scale fee scale.

Compeer links volunteers in supportive freindships with adults who are recovering from mental illness. The matches get together at least 4 hours a month to do recreational activities. Some benefits to COMPEER consumer are Increased feelings of self-confidence and social skills, decreased feelings of isolation, depression and incidence of hospitalization, homelessness and cost associated with mental illness.

Services provided to those individuals with emotional needs. Counseling and case management services for adults and children with mental health problems.
Medical assessment by staff psychiatrist regarding mental health issues.
Program is designed for clients, age 18 and over with severe mental illness, who have been unsuccessful maintaining their independence in the community with traditional services. Program supports the recovery and/or stabilization of persons served and enhances their quality of life.
Kid's Socialization Skills - group is for any child from
5-10 years old dealing with social skill issues, problems in school, or with

Women's Coping Skills - for any woman dealing with depression,
