Clinton County Services for the Homeless residents are provided assistance with finding affordable housing.
Clinton County Services for the Homeless will help residents establish new households, furnishing household supplies, food, furnishings, etc.
CCSH provides emergency shelter to persons 18 years and older, or children 0-17 years and accompanied by an adult. Residents receive 3 meals/day, clothing, clean bed to sleep on, laundry service, 24-hour staff supervision and support. Capacity for 17.

Offer Rental assistance to families that apply for the program, public housing for 2-3 bedroom families. Also offer section-8 to 1 through 4-5 bedroom families. Applicants must apply and be placed on waiting list. The Family Self Sufficiency program offers employment and savings incentive program for low income families that have section 8 vouchers or live in public housing.
