Early Intervention Assistance through Hopewell SERRC and CCESC's Early Intervention Coordinator. Collaboration between Head Start, private preschool programs and Even Start.
Children and Family First representatives and Children Intervention Team collaborate to meet the needs of children and their families with: emotional problems, physical and learning disabilities, mental retardation, and chronic illness.
Contact and collaboration with Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, Clinton Community Counseling Center, job training through transition to work, Summer Youth Employment and Training, Drug and Alcohol Center and Juvenile Courts.
Supervision of all county DH/LD/SBH/MH and early childhood programs. Provide supervisors to all special education teachers in Clinton County.

Children, birth to 3 years-old are seen by Early Intervention Specialist. Programs include home and center based visits depending on the families needs. The visits involve teaching the caregivers developmentally stimulating activities.
Residential services for eligible individuals. Supported living assistance in the community.
Assists with job placement and follow-along.
Preschool for children, ages 3-5, four days-per-week. Includes rehabilitation
and socialization.
Transportation provided to and from facility.
Referral Services.
Family Resource Services including in-home/ out-of-home respite, adaptive equipment, minor home modifications, dietary needs assistance.
Case management for eligible individuals. Try to be very consumer specific with client needs.
Train families to work with child with mental retardation or developmental disabilities.
Adult Shelter Workshop provides work/ training for adults with mental retardation. Transportation provided to and from workshop.
