Assistance

Assists in the maintenance and care of handicapped or medically needy children. The society will provide financial resources to assist in meeting the medical, dental, optical or mental health needs of such children.

Dentistry

CCDS has a mission to provide comprehensive dental care for clients who are uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid or are patients with access issues to private practice. Patients not on Medicaid are offered a sliding scale fee discount based on proof of income and the number of people the income supports. This is NOT a free clinic. Federal guidelines are used based on federal poverty levels and discount 40%, 60% and 80%. CCDS is not a preferred dental provider. If a patient has a high deductible or needs to set up payment schedules, they can be seen if their insurance company can be billed. A list of companies is available. CCDS offers most dental services; any procedure outside our scope of service is referred to area practitioners.
