Consumer Credit Counseling

Work with individuals in a confidential manner who are having problems paying their bills by restructuring payments so they are more affordable. We review budgets and debt levels to help people regain control of their finances. If appropriate, we offer our debt management program which often lowers interest rates and fees with certain creditors. Appointments are available in Wilmington at the United Way office. Consumer credit counseling is a program of Lutheran Social Services of Mid-America.
