Advocate

For children and families:Act as advocates on relevant public policy issues; participates in supporting community initiatives:serve as hub of information; maintains data on the demand and supply of child care and early education.

Referral

4C provides parents free referrals to licensed and legally operating child care centers, preschool and Head Start porgrams and family child care homes that have agreed to meet and uphold 4C twenty minimum standards. Assists in start-up of child-care programs and family child-care homes.

Workshops

4C offers workshops on many topics concerning child care and young children.

Financial Assistance

Program provides day care to income eligible families while parents work or are in training. These families could pay a fee according to the family income.
